New Zealand
All New Zealand orders are sent on a complimentary overnight delivery service with NZ Post. Orders must be placed by 10am Monday - Thursday to arrive with you the following day.
Orders placed Fri – Sun or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day. In the unlikely occasion we’re unable to meet our overnight delivery target we’ll contact to let you know. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for rural delivery, delivery of 50c Mixes & Framed Prints, and engraved pieces.
Same-day pick up from our West Auckland based studio is also available. Our pick up location is Unit G, 233 Scenic Drive, Titirangi, Auckland 0612. The studio is open from 9-4pm daily, you will receive a notification once your order is ready to be collected.
Australia
Shipping to Australia is complimentary for orders over AUD $500, an AUD $50 delivery fee applies for orders under $500.
Please note we are only able to deliver the smaller pieces (Candymen, Bananas, Jetplanes & Hearts, Lolly Bag sets, Milk bottles & Crates) to Australia, if you're interested in a larger piece please email us on studio@simonlewiswards.work for options.
We deliver using an express tracked service with DHL, Australian customers can expect to receive orders within a week of order placement date.
All import duties, taxes and charges are responsibility of the receiver.

A flat rate of £50 applies for all orders to the UK.
